Colombia San Agustin Dark Roast
Flavour notes: Citrus fruits, cane sugar, chocolate.
This particular coffee bean comes from the village of Alto Del Obispo, which is found in the municipality of San Agustin in Colombia. The area is well known for producing really excellent coffees with extremely vibrant cup profiles. The village sits at 1,700 metres above sea level and this, coupled with volcanic soils and steady rainfall, make the conditions perfect for growing speciality coffee.

Roasted a little darker for those that prefer a little more intensity of flavour.
