El Salvador Santa Leticia Medium Roast
This lovely coffee from El Salvador has a smooth rich mouthfeel and flavours of Apple, cherry and caramel.
It comes from the Finca Santa Leticia estate in the heart of El Salvador, quite close to the San Vicente volcano.
The land itself was acquired by Francisco Menéndez in 1870, who became the constitutional president of El Salvador in 1886. Menéndez promoted the cultivation of coffee in the western part of the country.
Leticia Menéndez, daughter of Francisco, got married to Higinio Valdivieso who, in honour of his wife, named the farm Santa Leticia.
Ricardo and Mauricio Valdivieso, their grandsons, own and run this beautiful farm situated in Apaneca, a mysterious place and home of Mayan philosophers.
Santa Leticia has fertile volcanic soil, considered one of the best lands in Central America for coffee cultivation.

Out of all the coffee I brought from pebble and pine this one is my favourite to date it's got a real nice flavour so easy to drink that I got to get some more now great coffee
