Nicaragua SHG Hacienda Sajonia RFA Dark Roast
A darker roasted Nicaraguan coffee bean for a more balanced, sweet flavour with a light body and medium/light acidity.
Expect a fruity sweet taste with nectarines and apricots.
Origin: Hacienda Sajonia in El Diablo, Jinotega, Nicaragua.
Elevation: between 1,245 and 1,580 metres above sea level.

Hacienda Sajonia has been owned by two English brothers, Tom and Matt Hills, since 2010 when the farm was in a state of decline. Since then they have implemented a renovation programme to transform the coffee plantations and the quality of the coffee produced as well as the social and environmental conditions of the area.
The farm is Rainforest Alliance certified and produces some extremely fine coffee beans that you'll absolutely love.
