Flavours: Stone fruits, caramel and citrus acidity with a medium body and clean well-rounded finish.

This micro-lot coffee is processed at the Gihombo wet mill, which is a privately owned washing station that was built in 2006 but only became fully functional in 2011. It is located near the shores of Lake Kivu in the northern part of the Nyamasheke district of Southern Rwanda.

It is a Red Bourbon variety and therefore delivers a lovely rich flavour and is medium roasted. Very well suited to cafetiere, filter and drip brewing methods.

  • Variety: Red Bourbon
  • Processing: Washed
  • Region: Nyamasheke District
