Our Pebble Rewards Programme
What is Pebble Rewards?
Pebble Rewards is the Pebble & Pine Coffee points reward programme that allows you to earn points on qualifying purchases or referrals from our online shop and then to redeem those points for vouchers that can be used on future purchases.
Who can join the programme?
The Programme is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in the Member’s jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, for their personal use only, and is limited to one (1) account per individual.
How do I join?
Eligible individuals may enrol in the Programme by creating an account, or by logging in to an existing account, on our website: pebbleandpine.co.uk. You may be required to provide your full name, mailing address, email address, and date of birth (optional) and to create a password in order to create an account.
Once you have created an account, you can log in and view your points balance via the Pebble Rewards "app" that can be accessed by tapping/clicking the gift package icon displayed on each page of the website.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by logging in to your account and then performing the following actions:
Making a purchase: You will earn 5 Pebble Points per qualifying spend of £1. The qualifying spend excludes discounts and shipping (where applicable). Points are earned for every full £0.20 spent. Points are earned against all purchases - even each order created by recurring subscriptions.
Facebook shares, likes and account creation earn Pebble Points according to the details provided in the Pebble Rewards app.
Refer a Friend: You may send a discount voucher to any recipient that is not already a customer of Pebble & Pine and if that voucher is used by the recipient in making a purchase then you are rewarded with points credited to your account. The sharing link is provided within the Pebble Rewards app and can be used any number of times, for one use per unique recipient. The rewards earned may be subject to change from time to time and are indicated in the rewards app on our website. Please note that it is currently not possible to redeem the voucher against any of the subscription plans we offer.
How do I redeem points?
You can redeem your points for vouchers to use against purchases on the Pebble & Pine website based on qualifying tiers as follows:
- £3 when 300 points is reached
- £7 when 700 points is reached
- £10 when 1000 points is reached
Points can only be redeemed once these levels have been reached. Once redeemed, your points balance will be updated accordingly and a voucher sent to you that can be used against any future purchase made by you, the account holder. You do not have to redeem at the first level, for example if you have 300 points you can wait until you reach 700 points in order to claim the £7 voucher. Note that only one voucher can be redeemed per purchase.
Please note that, due to technical reasons, it is currently not possible to redeem vouchers against recurring subscriptions but if you'd like to apply your points voucher to your subscription please get in touch with me: email@example.com.
Do points expire?
No. They will last for as long as you have an account with us.
However, the Pebble Rewards programme is operated at the sole discretion of Pebble and Pine Coffee and could be terminated at any time by us. In the unlikely event this happens we will notify you and let you know what will happen to any outstanding points balances.
What if I close my account?
You will lose your points balance. Points are only valid whilst you have an account with us. In order to use points you must redeem them for a voucher before closing the account.
Are points transferable?
No. Only the individual who holds the account can earn and redeem points against that account.
