Shipping & Returns 

Free Delivery: Free UK delivery is available on all orders £25+, which are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

All of your coffee will be roasted to order so that you receive it as fresh as possible. If you choose free shipping please allow up to 5 working days from date of order to receive your freshly roasted speciality coffee. If you do not receive your order after 7 working days, please get in touch with us and we'll sort it out for you.

Our aim is to roast and ship all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving them, although in most cases orders are shipped on the next working day. Note that during extremely busy periods it might take us a little longer. All coffee is roasted to order so please bear with us.

There are currently three shipping options:

1. FREE SHIPPING: If your order value (after any discounts) is £25 or more.

2. FIRST CLASS PRIORITY SHIPPING: Pricing depends on the order value.

  • Under £25 - £3.60
  • £25 or more - £1.20

3. PARCEL FORCE: For orders £25 ore more - £5.50

Orders of a single 200g bag of coffee are sent in letterbox friendly packaging.

You will receive an email confirmation at the time you place the order and then a further email when it has been dispatched. You'll also receive notifications from our carriers informing you of progress and expected delivery times.

Please note that freshly roasted coffee is actually at its best about 7 days after roasting.

    Some products, like coffee subscriptions, include shipping in the price. Please check individual product descriptions for details.

    Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

    If, when you receive the product, it is damaged or incorrect (or you just plain don't like it!) then we offer a refund/exchange policy. Please get in touch so that we can resolve the problem for you.

    For Roasted Coffee Products:

    You have the option of an exchange or refund. If there's any coffee you don't like, we'd much prefer to send you an alternative - that way we can find something you do like and then we're all happy!

    If you opt for a refund, please note that we don't expect you to send roasted coffee back to us. It is perishable and we can't restock it so there's very little point in doing so. Refunds are at our discretion - if you ordered 2kg of a coffee and decided you don't like it, it's unreasonable to expect us to refund the entire order value. If you're unsure, please order a smaller amount first so that you can try it.

    For Other Products:

    If you no longer want any items, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a return. Refunds are subject to the returned item(s) being in perfect condition and unopened in their original packaging.
