Shipping & Returns
Currently we only provide shipping costs for addresses within the UK, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man, although if you are outside the UK and would like to have some of our coffee shipped to you please get in touch and we'll find the most economical method of getting it to you.
Please note that due to additional customs handling fees in EU countries we are unable to ship to the EU at present.
All of our coffees are roasted to order and then shipped by Royal Mail, so if you choose standard shipping please allow up to 5 working days from date of order to receive your freshly roasted speciality coffee. If you do not receive your order after 7 working days, please get in touch with us and we'll try to find out what's happened.
Our aim is to ship all orders within 2 working days of receiving them, although in most cases orders are shipped on the next working day. Please note that during extremely busy periods it might take us a bit longer. All coffee is roasted to order and we have a fixed capacity so please bear with us.
There are currently three options for postage:
- If the total value of your order (after any discounts have been applied) is £14 or more then shipping is FREE and will be sent to you by Royal Mail second class post. It should arrive within 5 working days. If you'd like your order to arrive quicker it can be upgraded to first class for just £1.75 extra.
- For orders under £14 the cost for shipping is £1.75 and will be shipped by Royal Mail first class post to arrive within about 3 to 4 working days.
- For orders of £14 or more we also now offer an option to have it sent by courier (Parcelforce) for £3.75 per parcel. Expect your order to be received within 3 working days.
Orders of a single 200g bag of coffee are contained in letter-box friendly packaging.
You will receive an email confirmation at the time you place the order and then a further email when it has been posted.
Please note that freshly roasted coffee is actually at its best about 5 to 7 days after roasting.
Some products, like gifts & subscriptions, include shipping in the price. Please check individual product descriptions for details.
If, when you receive the product, it is damaged or incorrect then we offer a refund policy. Please get in touch with us to arrange the return of the goods.
If you no longer want the items then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a refund. Refunds are subject to the returned item(s) being in perfect condition and unopened in their original packaging.
