Shipping & Returns
Free Delivery: Free UK delivery is available on all orders £25+, which are sent using Tracked Royal Mail.
All of our coffees are roasted to order so that you receive them as fresh as possible. If you choose free shipping please allow up to 5 working days from date of order to receive your freshly roasted speciality coffee. If you do not receive your order after 7 working days, please get in touch with us and we'll sort it out for you.
Our aim is to ship all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving them, although in most cases orders are shipped on the next working day. Please note that during extremely busy periods it might take us a little longer. All coffee is roasted to order so please bear with us.
There are currently three options for postage:
- If the total value of your order (after any discounts have been applied) is £25 or more then shipping is FREE and will be sent to you using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. It should arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch. If you'd like your order to arrive quicker it can be upgraded to First Class (Royal Mail Tracked 24) for just £1.20 extra or Parcel Force for £4.90.
- For orders up to £24.99 the price for shipping is £3.60 and will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 to arrive within 2-3 working days after dispatch. An option to use First Class (Tracked 24) instead is available for £4.60.
Orders of a single 200g bag of coffee are sent in letterbox friendly packaging.
You will receive an email confirmation at the time you place the order and then a further email when it has been dispatched.
Please note that freshly roasted coffee is actually at its best about 7 days after roasting.
Some products, like coffee subscriptions, include shipping in the price. Please check individual product descriptions for details.
Returns
If, when you receive the product, it is damaged or incorrect then we offer a refund policy. Please get in touch with us to arrange the return of the goods.
If you no longer want the items then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a refund. Refunds are subject to the returned item(s) being in perfect condition and unopened in their original packaging.
