Christmas coffee gifts are easy to get right when the coffee's this fresh. Every bag is roasted to order here in our Leeds roastery, so whoever you're buying for gets their coffee at its very best, not anything that's been sitting on the shelf since October. Choose from a range of flexible gift subscriptions, a specially chosen variety in our selection box or an e-voucher if you'd rather let them choose (it's also perfect for that last minute gift). This year we've also introduced a special single origin Christmas Coffee. This one is from Rwanda that we've saved specially for the season.

What's the best Christmas gift for a coffee lover?

The best Christmas gift is great coffee they wouldn't normally buy for themselves. Our coffee selection box gives them three or six different coffees to try. We also offer a gift subscription that keeps them topped up long after Christmas is over. If you're not sure what they like, a good option is our coffee e-voucher, which is sent via email so no need to wait for the post.

Coffee gift sets and selection boxes

Our coffee selection box is a Christmas coffee gift set with three or six different 200g bags of single origin coffee ranging from Africa, Central and South America. It's an easy way to try out different coffees and with 209 reviews it is our most reviewed product. You can choose whole beans or we can grind it for you. Just tell us how they brew. We can grind for cafetiere, filter, Aeropress, Mokapot or espresso. Prices start at just £22.50.

How does a coffee gift subscription work?

A coffee gift subscription sends freshly roasted coffee to their door every month for three, six or twelve months duration.

You pay once up-front, add a personal message and tell us when you'd like it to start. Christmas subscriptions are shipped on 18th December or you can choose to start in January if you prefer. If you'd like the first instalment to start on any other date, just let us know.

You can also opt to send an email, containing your own personal message, to the recipient either immediately or on a date in the future. If you don't wish to do that, then use the notes section on the shopping basket page to leave us instructions. Much like the genie in Aladdin, your wish is our command!

Every month on the anniversary of the first instalment, we'll ship a new coffee to your coffee loving recipient until the subscription is complete. The subscriptions don't renew automatically, so there will be absolutely no unexpected charges.

Sometimes it's tough to find the right gift at the right price. That's why we have a number of options depending on your budget. For Secret Santa, the £5 or £10 electronic voucher is the perfect choice. At around £20 to £25, the selection box is a great present for your dad, sister, partner or colleague who loves a good coffee.

For someone special, a gift subscription keeps delivering for months after most gifts have been forgotten about.

Whole bean or ground: which should I buy as a gift?

If you're really not sure, choose ground coffee. Just tell us how they brew and we'll grind it for them accordingly, coarser for a cafetiere and finer for a filter or espresso machine. If you know they have their own grinder then choose whole beans.

If they prefer decaf coffee, no problem. We always keep one or two decaf coffees on rotation. Just let us know in the notes. 

Why give coffee roasted to order?

Coffee is at its best in the weeks after roasting so we roast yours to order, not weeks before. That's the way we've worked since we started, 10+ years ago. It's why we were named Coffee Company of the Year in the Yorkshire Prestige Awards and it's how we made the Guardian's Nation's Favourites.

This year's Christmas coffee comes from KCRS Kinini in Rwanda. This exceptional farm is run entirely by women.

When do I need to order for Christmas delivery?

Order by Wednesday 16th December for UK delivery before Christmas.

What's the last order date for Christmas? We can only guarantee delivery for Christmas if you place your order by end of day on Wednesday 16th December. Orders after that are still roasted fresh but may arrive after Christmas.

Can I choose when it's sent? Yes of course. Leave a note on the shopping cart page with the date you'd like it posted. Allow at least 3 days for delivery. Couriers are expected to be busy!

Can I leave a personal gift message? Yes absolutely. Add it in the order note or send us an email and we'll include it.

How much is delivery? Shipping is FREE on orders £25 and above (after any discounts are applied) or £3.95 below that.
