Refund policy

For Roasted Coffee

If you are unsatisfied with the contents of your dispatch you must contact us, by email, within 14 days of receipt to inform us of your issue. We will then issue a refund on the items. Because all coffee is roasted to order, we don't require you to return the item(s) to us.

For Equipment and Non-Coffee Items

Please contact us by email within 14 days of receipt to arrange the return of the items to us. Once the items are received by us we will issue a full refund on the cost of the product(s).

Any items returned must be unused and in their original packaging.
