Peru G1 San Martin Dark Roast
Peru G1 San Martin Dark Roast
This darker roast take on our Peru G1 San Martin coffee brings a deeper, richer intensity to the same beautifully sourced beans. Grown high in the northern Peruvian Andes between 1,200 and 1,800 metres, the coffee comes from small farms nestled in the biodiverse San Martin region. The climate and soil here produce clean, high-quality beans, ideal for both lighter and bolder roasting styles.
These beans are cultivated by the Agraria Cafetalera cooperative – a group of local farmers committed to organic methods and sustainable land use. Harvested by hand and fully washed, each batch reflects care and traceability at every stage.
Roasted darker, this version highlights the natural cocoa body of the bean, with notes of dark chocolate, toasted nuts, and a hint of dried fruit. The acidity is mellow, the mouthfeel is smooth and full, and the cup finishes with a satisfying warmth. It’s ideal for espresso or a robust filter brew – perfect for those who enjoy a deeper, more grounded coffee experience.
As a Grade 1 Arabica, this coffee meets the highest standards in quality and cup consistency.
