Peru G1 San Martin Medium Roast

This single origin coffee is sourced from the lush San Martin region of northern Peru, an area celebrated for its biodiversity and sustainable farming. Grown at elevations between 1,200 and 1,800 metres, the cooler mountain climate and rich volcanic soils help produce a bright, clean cup profile.

The beans come from Agraria Cafetalera, a cooperative that empowers local farmers and supports a range of community and environmental projects. Working collectively, these smallholder producers prioritise organic practices, soil health, and long-term sustainability. Each harvest is carefully hand-picked and washed, ensuring traceability and a consistent, high-quality result.

In the cup, Peru San Martin is gentle and well-rounded. Expect delicate citrus acidity, soft floral sweetness, and notes of honey and cocoa. Roasted medium, it's ideal for filter brewing, but also suits those who enjoy a brighter espresso.

As a Grade 1 Arabica, this coffee meets the highest standards for both appearance and flavour clarity, with minimal defects and excellent balance.
