The results using my Bean to cup coffee matching were a little disappointing, at first I thought there was an issue with the machine. However, the coffee remained weak to taste.

If possible, I'd like to discuss it with you so we can ascertain if there's any change to your settings we can make to try and improve on the extraction. I don't know which bean-to-cup machine you're using so it would be useful to know.
