From one of Brazil's largest coffee estates, the Ipanema Gourmet coffee line is a high quality coffee with a complex character.
This coffee is pulped and dried using the honey method, a specific process that provides a creamy and thick velvety body with a distinctive nutty aftertaste. It is perfect for making espressos but is versatile enough for any brewing method.
The Ipanema estate was founded in 1969 and continues to produce high quality coffees that are sold in over 25 countries worldwide. It consists of three farms: Fazenda Conquista, Fazenda Rio Verde and Fazenda Capoerinha.

This is a good everyday sort of coffee, very smooth, quite mild. My wife absolutely adores it. I've given four stars because I honestly like a bit more flavour in my coffee. It's not bland at all, but my personal tastes run to something a bit more distinct.
