A while back I gave Excelso a 5 star review, which I stand by . . . however, since Tarrazu came into my life I have a new "go to"! This coffee is sublime creamy deliciousness.

The results using my Bean to cup coffee matching were a little disappointing, at first I thought there was an issue with the machine. However, the coffee remained weak to taste.

If possible, I'd like to discuss it with you so we can ascertain if there's any change to your settings we can make to try and improve on the extraction. I don't know which bean-to-cup machine you're using so it would be useful to know. I don't know a great deal about coffee - but I certainly know what I like. Inside the unassuming packaging is a beautifully, creamy, sweet coffee. It makes a fabulous drink-anytime (and I do!) treat! I make my coffee using the Sage Bambino Plus - Espresso + Oat Milk. Highly recommended! Thank you!
I was very pleased to receive my order from Dave at Pebble and Pine, with a thoughtful handwritten note, in time for the holiday season! I wasn't disappointed. This is a lovely smooth coffee with complex flavours and a chocolety- richness. I shall definitely buy again. I haven't yet tried the Ipanema which I bought in the same order, but I'm sure I won't be disappointed.
