These particular Guatemalan coffee beans hail from the Huehuetenango region and produce a delicious smooth cup of coffee with notes of plum and chocolate. They're perfect for all coffee brewing methods, but my personal preference is to brew them in the Aeropress.

Thanks to the dry, hot winds that blow into the mountains from Mexico’s Tehuantepec plain, the Huehuetenango region is protected from frost, allowing cultivation from 1,350 feet above sea level.

Guatemala is one of the worlds top coffee origins and the eighth largest producer. This relatively small country boasts the most climatically diverse regions in the world, resulting in some truly exceptional coffees.

SHB specifies that the coffee was grown at an altitude above 1,350 meters. (This term is also synonymous with SHG/Strictly High Grown, a classification that’s higher than HB.) EP (European Preparation) means that the green coffee was sorted by hand to remove any defective beans and foreign material.

These Guatemalan coffee beans are velvety smooth with a creamy body.

Lovely coffee.

I have used my darkish roast Columbian beans, so freshly roasted theh had an intense Coffee aroma and now I'm onto Mr Bojangles. Milder but with a slower drip and a very fine grind makes a lovely, good enough, strength Cappuccino. Bloody delicious. Freshly roasted...these P&P guys and pleasure makers

A smooth brew in BC.

This coffee is both flavoursome and a smooth brew. This was backed by placing a further order, and then delivering it to my son in Vancouver, BC, Canada. His comments were again how smooth it was. And it was a shame there wasn't a Pebble And Pine roastery nearby.
