Our medium roast Mexico coffee from Finca Monte Azul is a gentle, flavourful introduction to the unique taste of Mexican single origin beans. Grown in the lush, mountainous region of Chiapas in southern Mexico, these beans benefit from rich volcanic soil, high altitude (1,200 - 1,600 metres) and shade-grown farming practices that protect biodiversity and enhance quality.

This family-run farm, Don Pepe, has been crafting coffee with care since 1992. The beans are washed and slowly dried to preserve their clean, balanced character.

Expect a smooth, medium-bodied cup with sweet flavours of brown sugar and toasted nuts and a subtle hint of cinnamon. This roast brings out the natural warmth of Mexican coffee beans without overwhelming the palate - perfect for filter brews, cafetiere or even as a light espresso. When paired with milk, the sweetness is beautifully enhanced.
