Mexico Siltepec El Jaguar Medium Roast

I ordered this coffee for my son. He has enjoyed all the different coffees I have ordered from Pebble and Pine but this is his favourite. It smells amazing and the flavour is excellent.

Excellent Mexican coffee with that distinctive taste that Mexican fans love…..and superb customer service in putting right my error in ordering which was much appreciated

A good coffee for a smooth strong taste.

Siltepec el jaguar is a very smooth coffee that leaves a great ‘aftertaste’ on the palette. Top marks. The packaging is very high quality and the delivery was very fast. All in all, Pebble and Pine have got it right 👍

Only just cracked this one open.
Only used for latte and cappuccino but is perfect. Strong and dark but still smooth easy to dial in on my sage.
Yet to try as americano and flask black.
It’s a banger so far though so I’m sure will be nice without the milk.

A new coffee to us, just to 'ring the changes' - Have been buying huehuetenango for about a year, but we think the HHT has a preferable 'nose' to it ( frankly it is 'to die for' ),so will revert to our old bean once we have finished the current bag of Siltepec.

We are enjoying Pebble and Pine coffee and working our way through the different beans to find an alternative to our favourite Pichanaki Peru and with El jaguar we have found another coffee that makes a great Cortado in the style we like

A truly well balanced coffee for any time of the day. A solid all rounder, from first sip to last.

I've gone through most of the Latin American coffees to find a replacement for my regular subscription one and this one tops my top three.
It's full bodied, smooth, with a rich flavour no bitter after taste or acidity. A cup to start your day with.....have lunch with.....
It's my new best friend.

First time tasting this coffee, came promptly and packaged excellently. Knowing that it has been freshly roasted was excited to use it.
Definitely tangerine and nutty, very low acidity. I’ve tried with milk and black. Will buy again!

I am a fan of Monsoon Malabar and I tried this as a change and loved it. Dark, chocolate notes, will buy again

Started with a small bag of Siltepec and will be ordering a larger one in the future. Lovely tasting coffee, can certainly taste the tangerine flavour. Used in a cafetière and mokka pot. Hopefully, may become one of our favourites.

Dave of Pebble & Pine is certainly a gentleman and a man of his word which, in this day and age, are wonderful assets to have.

Taste is not strong and plain. I’m sure it’s very fresh but I prefer something with more layers

I'm a big fan of chiapaneco coffees and Siltepec Jaguar tastes delicious. I grind it for cafetière use and also for espresso. It works equally well for both.

First time ordering this one ,found it very smooth and not too strong ,nice flavour.

Another wonderful coffee. Freshly ground beans straight into cafetière. 4 minutes and coffee perfection!

Like to try different beans each time , but they hid is second lot of these beans as make a lovely cup of coffee any time of the day . I can change the strength on my bean to cup machine depending on what I want or time of day

Very nice. Easy to drink and tasted mild and chocolatey

Had my first cup this morning and was very impressed. It's light and fruity and full of flavour and leaves you wanting another cup. I brewed with an aeropress and clever dripper and both were delicious
