Mexico Siltepec El Jaguar Medium Roast
This excellent and highly rated coffee is classified as Strictly High Grown (SHG), which means it has been grown at a higher altitude resulting in the coffee beans maturing more slowly. This provides a greater depth to the flavour and a good body to the cup.

The coffee comes from a group of small producers in the Chiapas region of Mexico and is harvested and processed using traditional methods. The coffee beans are grown under shade and then harvested by hand, de-pulped, fermented, washed and sun-dried.
