Colombia Supremo Cafe Sofia Medium Roast
Colombia Supremo Cafe Sofia Medium Roast
Buttery, sweet, and delightfully smooth.
These Café Sofía coffee beans are a celebration of Colombia’s finest. Grown in the lush hills of Belén de Umbría in the Risaralda region, these large Colombian Supremo beans are lovingly cultivated by a group of thirty small-scale farmers. Grown at 1500m above sea level in Colombia’s western Andes, the steady climate helps create a cup that’s both consistent and exceptional.
This medium roast brings out rich flavours of caramel, chocolate, walnut - and a touch of sweetness that’s been compared to banoffee pie. It’s smooth and buttery, with a gentle acidity and a clean, satisfying finish.
Whether you’re brewing a filter coffee or pulling an espresso shot, Café Sofía is full of character and always a pleasure to drink.

First time using pebble and pine and the service and quality is great . Will be buying some more.
We have tried many Colombian coffee beans but this is exceptional and exceeded expectations. It is smooth and full of flavour.
Even nicer than the Excelso. I shall definitely be ordering again. Full bodied but not overwhelmingly strong. Nice for morning or afternoon coffee.
I’ve tried pretty much all of the beans here. This would be in my top 3. Really good!
A good all round favoured coffee. Mellow and smooth.
