Colombia Supremo Cafe Sofia Dark Roast
Colombia Supremo Cafe Sofia Dark Roast
Bold, rich and beautifully smooth.
For those who prefer their coffee with deeper notes and a stronger kick, our Café Sofía Supremo dark roast is a perfect match. Grown in the high-altitude farms of Belén de Umbría in Colombia’s Risaralda region, these large Supremo beans are handpicked by thirty smallholder farmers committed to quality and sustainability.
This darker roast unlocks bold flavours of dark chocolate, toasted walnut and rich caramel, with a buttery mouthfeel and a smooth, lingering finish. There’s a mellow fruit sweetness and a gentle acidity that balances the cup, making it both powerful and refined.
The larger bean size of Supremo allows this coffee to hold its depth through the roast, resulting in a bold brew that’s never bitter.

I’m new to the whole bean to cup thing so spent a little time finding a small batch producer. I decided to choose a couple of coffees at random and then work my way through the list if initial impressions were good. The two varieties I ordered were Clarke Farm Uganda & Supremo Café Sofía Columbia. There was a minor hiccup with my address which was quickly resolved by Dave. Communication was excellent and the coffee quality even better. I honestly can’t decide which I prefer more. Both have very different characters. I will certainly try other varieties but the will most definitely be from Pebble & Pine. Just a great company to do business with..
Wow! smooth full bodied buttery caramel sweet nutty under tones not bitter a cup to really look forward too love it
