    What is the V60 dripper?

It's possibly the best way of brewing coffee of course! The fine filter paper results in a very clean and bright cup of coffee with no bits or sediment, unlike a cafetiere that has a coarse filter. Of course, you can find out how to use the Hario V60 by following our coffee dripper brewing guide or use the instructions below.

    The basic technique

    1. Boil the kettle (you knew this one was coming!)
    2. Put the V60 on top of your favourite cup.
    3. Put a filter paper in the V60. Fold the seam on the paper down so it fits.
    4. Measure one full scoop of the ground coffee into the filter paper and tap the V60 until the top of the coffee grounds are level.
    5. Pour a small amount of the hot water over the grounds starting at the centre and gradually moving out in a spiral motion.
    6. Leave it for about 30 seconds. The coffee should bubble up when the water is added.
    7. Working from the outside in, again using a circular motion, pour the hot water over the coffee grounds and let it filter through and drip into your cup.
    8. Keep pouring slowly, making sure the water level in the filter doesn't get too high, until your coffee cup is full.
    9. Enjoy your freshly roasted and filtered coffee.

If you're buying additional filter papers for this coffee starter kit then remember - the filter size is 02.

    Excellent coffee as usial

Excellent coffee as usual love the variety

My favourite coffee, and to have it sent freshly roasted is a big plus for me

    Delicious

Sought out yellow bourbon after falling in love with it at my local coffee shop. Was pleased to find it available here on subscription for a great price and it tastes just as great.

    Middling.

Note: I am unfortunately forced to drink only through a Bialetti Brikka moka pot, so expect that expression.

These beans are sadly only a little above average. While they have a pleasant spice, it's sadly born out by a mass of medium chocolate and chocolate-oak notes that dilute and take away. Some floral and acid notes occur. I've had better from pebble and pine, but these are the beans that, so far with my tries at P&P, most suggest we're on the cheaper end of single origin.

    Wow

Another fantastic coffee from Pebble and Pine. I would highly recommend this coffee if you like a full body without the bitterness.
