Mexico Siltepec El Jaguar SHG Dark Roast

My all time favourite of the range although I have tried several and all are great!

I am still working my way through all the different coffees to see which is my favourite. I enjoyed this Mexican one. You can definitely taste the orange in it. Probably not quite strong enough for my personal taste but very enjoyable nonetheless.

I'm not an expert as I have only had the experience of 4 different flavours for my moka.Though I am enjoying this Siltepec coffee I will still be experience others.

Enjoying this one, I like my coffee robust, and this is full bodied and flavoursome with interesting undertones.

this is probably my favourite from Pebble.....a beautiful distinctive flavour that balances strength with subtlety and brings back memories from trips to Mexico.....highly recommended and of course the usual excellent customer service in ordering and receiving in a timely way.

Very speedy service, good price and very nice tasting coffee. Will buy from here again. 😊

Really enjoyed the rich flavour of this coffee.

I had a few double espresso’s with this variety and they were as described. I then blended them with some Monsoon Malabar, my favourite bean. Very good and worth a try

Love this company and haven’t had a coffee that disappoints in the 3 years we have been ordering but this is our favourite. Just wish there was a decaf option so I could have more than one cup a day.

This is the first time we have tried pebble and Pine and Siltepec Mexico makes a fine drink in the style we like of a Cortardo

I've been shopping around for a while trying to find alternatives to the "traditional" high street blends, also to try to support the independent roasters. I prefer dark roasted coffees and this one ticks the boxes for flavour, aroma and something nutty and chocolaty without any bitterness and can be enjoyed either at breakfast or after dinner, will be on the list to buy again. Oh and the cost and service from Pebble & Pine is excellent.

One of the nicest coffees I've had in a while. Works well in milk, at least to my taste and doesn't upset my stomach as some can.

I’m new to brewing, but this has been one of my favourites so far. I look forward to ordering some more of this!

Another wonderful coffee from this shop. I don't buy my beans anywhere else now as I haven't found a service or quality as good. Pebble and Pine are brilliant. Always order enough for the month. Always order a big bag of what we know we like and get another to try.

I really enjoy Dave’s coffee. This is one of my favourites. Great flavour. Love the dark roast. Wholly recommend it.

Love this one, it’s pretty smooth for a slightly stronger coffee that Were use to, makes a great espresso, will order again for sure.

just had to write a review and say how amazing this was. Firstly so easy to order and a nice first time discount, next was a speedy delivery and wow when i opened the beans, first time i tried this company as always brought supermarket beans.I really cant tell you the difference with these freshly roasted beans its a whole new world of taste, so happy to use pebble and pine and cant thank dave enough, great little touch with a nice hand written note. I bought the Mexico Siltepec El Jaguar Dark Roast beans for my Mum's birthday last week. Was very impressed that the beans were roasted the day before they were posted.

My Mum is not a coffee connoisseur but does appreciate good coffee. She said this may be the best coffee she's ever had. Certainly the strongest, and bursting with flavour. I remarked that I may have to buy all her future birthday and Christmas presents from here, and the response was an enthusiastic and unequivocal yes. She wants to try the entire range.

I have had several orders of this coffee and it is one of my favourites. It works well in my stove top and cafetiere.

Although I normally drink my coffee black there is a sweetness to this one that suggests it would make a good cappuccino or similar milky coffee. A good all rounder.

Stunning delivery service on coffees that are clearly a cut above. Will be ordering more from the excellent Dave Nixon at the end of the week . On the Brazilian Ipanema just now. Makes a superb espresso.
