Our gift subscriptions are designed without an auto-renewal feature. This means that once the subscription period initially chosen expires, it will not automatically renew for another period.

If you'd like to extend the subscription, you must purchase a new gift subscription. This setup provides flexibility and control, preventing any unexpected charges and allowing changes to be made at any individual's discretion any time before the current subscription term ends.

All instalments of coffee are delivered monthly. When ordering you are also able to create an account with us and manage the subscription through a dedicated portal. From there you can change the dates, skip or pause deliveries for ultimate flexibility.

Cafetiere/French Press

Specify the Date: While completing your purchase, you will come across a field labelled ‘Notes’ on the checkout page. Here, you should write ‘To arrive on [specific date]’ to indicate when you'd like the gift delivered.

Delivery Process: Our team takes care of the shipping to make sure it gets posted in time for that particular date. We rely on Royal Mail for timely delivery, aligning it as closely as possible with your requested date.

Message Handling: Note that we handle these instructions manually. Consequently, once your date request is processed, the original message containing the date will be removed from our records.
