This medium roasted coffee creates a great crema
I have been used to high roast coffee and wanted to try a medium this coffee has great quality. I adjusted my machine for a slightly larger grind the infusion and pour of the espresso took 32 seconds. I just add the hot water to complete the coffee. To me it produced a lovely smooth powdery flavour and I am now enjoying daily.

An extremely likeable coffee. A mild citrus vibe passes quickly into what I would describe as butter toffee warmness.
A never imposing but meaningful aftertaste. Quite the coffee gem.

Lovely Full Bodied Coffee. To me tastes a little almondy... But that might be a personal thing..dunno. But yeah, Really Love this one and I Know my Coffee!

I use a burr grinder on these beans to make filter coffee. The resulting flavour is smooth and excellent with notes of caramel and other subtle unexpected flavours. This will have a place in our current favourite three coffee beans.

I would agree with the tasting notes. An absolute finish of dark chocolate, but very reminiscent of our favourite chocolatier in Bruges. Combined with the harmonising spice undertones, makes for an excellent winter's evening cup of coffee.

This dark rosted coffee makes an excellent esspresso

A high quality and well roasted coffee. Good body and balance with a nice juicy acidity (for me a rich but not overpowering subtle red cherry flavour). Sweet nutty and almond notes temper the acidity. Nice and drinkable and moreish. Has inspired me to seek out more honey process coffees.
